Last minute bilateral breast MRI booked in Owen Sound.
Not a fan of enclosed spaces. Completely claustrophobic at the best of times. Thankfully I have had an MRI of my knee in the past so knew what to expect at least a little bit.
Needed contrast this time which I wasn't expecting.
They inject into you from the other room which is cool but also lonely.
Lots of loud noises. Eyes closed the entire time trying to pretend I was somewhere else. Thoughts often wandered to what they might be seeing on their screen and hoping it wasn't a lot!
Thank goodness for Mr. Lorazepam
